BDS for SharePoint will integrate directly with the SharePoint user interface and menuing system to give users the option to 'Send Files Securely'. BDS places the files in a secure package, delivers a notification message to the recipients per policies set by administrators and compliance officers, and facilitates electronic delivery of the files after the recipients have been authenticated. The complete process is tracked and audited for regulatory compliance and reporting purposes.
