  1. The new SPListX version allows users to customize metadata format during export to Windows file system. The export tasks can be customized as incremental exports to stick to the latest changes. Besides this, user defined conditions make exports to Windows highly precise and customized. And to save space, the exported content can be stored in a compressed folder if necessary.

  3. Going quite the opposite of SPListX, Vyapin has introduced another migration software, the External Data Connector for SharePoint. This helps users import content, tables and metadata from external sources into SharePoint and update them back into the source with the latest changes. This data integrator is a great tool to share information in SharePoint from different DB sources.
